All our prospective tenants will be required to pass extensive referencing and must qualify for rent guarantee insurance (free of charge on managed properties). Any tenants not passing their referencing criteria will be declined the tenancy or the application discussed with you for approval.
We mainly deal in professional people able to prove rent affordability and generally do not deal with applicants in receipt of housing benefit without prior discussion and ensuring a suitable guarantor is available.
