Nick and Mike at Steadfast were recommended to me by a mate about a year ago and I've given them my few properties to let as they have come available. First Class Company - pleasure to deal with - honest, passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and nice to see service with a personal touch. You can always get to speak to someone who knows whats going on. Customer service at its best - the big guys could learn a lot from this company. I'd not seen this review site before but as a Landlord living abroad much of the time and having used a few other agents in the past i can now see why the bigger well known names in town are at the bottom of this review site and the hardworking independent letting agents at the top!!

Having recently relocated to the UK after a time abroad, I found the service excellent, meeting Mr. Dardalis out of normal working hours was no problem and I felt like a valued customer throughout the whole transaction. Once again, well done!!

Excellent service and a nice warm friendly place to go and do business.Mike and Nick were more than helpful and always answered questions and kept to their word on everything,

Defo use again and would also be happy to put others their way also,  I have used others in the past in chelt they finish working at 6pm! Nick met us on a sunday and also at 7.30pm, this is beyond the normal call of duty, hats off to the chaps! 5 STARS *****

28/09/2007 16:32:27Having had two agents out who were both pushy and eager to market my property at less than I thought was the going rate I spoke to my friend who recommended I contact Steadfast……..Thank god what a breath of fresh air Nick was, he was keen and assured me I would get what I wanted. Guess what the first person to view offered the full asking rent and is paying in advance for the privilege of securing the property following the second viewing who also wanted it.Service amongst the best I have had in any industry lately….. Brilliant, friendly, professional and do what they say they will.

I placed all of my 3 properties with Steadfast within a couple of weeks I now have tenants for all three.I was provided with a outstanding service and would recommend to anyone who is looking at letting a property to call Steadfast!!Having placed my properties in the past with much larger agencies I discovered that when a prospective tenant rang with an enquiry they were given a whole list of available properties which meant that as a landlord I did not feel I was getting anything in the way of a personal service or priority. I felt with other agents my properties were only pushed when they had been on their books for a while.  Steadfast provided me with a personal service and prioritised my properties and this was shown in the speed at which the properties were let.

We Cant recommend this company enough.Their service, attitude, approach and the total package offered is just first class. More importantly, this company gave me regular feedback on viewings - this is vital to a landlord. We were so impressed with this company and their service that i decided to hand over the letting and management of my entire portfolio to them.
